How does it work?

Once we receive your phone call or email enquiry we will discuss your requirements and create an estimate for development of your site. At this stage you may be happy with the price quoted but how do you know that you are going to get a great-looking site?

Well you CAN check our website portfolio and see the other great sites that we have created but for added peace of mind we are offering this promise.

Once you agree to proceed with the project we will create a visual design of how we think your site should look, based on our understanding of your requirements and your design preferences. The visual design is a picture of how your site will look once we develop it. We will send it to you for review and you can provide feedback or request changes. Only when you are 100% happy with the design will we require your first stage payment.

Why do we need a stage payment anyway?

A stage payment signifies your commitment to the project. We are committing many hours to your project and we need to know that you are committed to it also. If we didn’t require payment until the end of the project we could leave ourselves open to committing many hours of unpaid work for a project.

How much is the stage payment?

This depends on the project itself but our stage payments are generally set as follows:

Sign-off  of the visual design: 25%
Delivery of a working prototype: 50%
Project completion and go live: 25%
